Checking database patch level


  • You can check patched applied to Database home using below opatch command.

$ORACLE_HOME/OPatch lsinventory

  • You should validate it by running below sql. It will confirm post steps

SET LINESIZE 200 PAGESIZE 200
COL COMMENTS FORMAT A40
COL VERSION FORMAT A25
COL BUNDLE_SERIES FORMAT A20
COL ACTION_TIME FORMAT A35
SELECT COMMENTS,
VERSION,
BUNDLE_SERIES,
TO_CHAR(ACTION_TIME,'DD-MON-YYYY HH24:MI:SS') ACTION_TIME
FROM SYS.REGISTRY$HISTORY;
